The Multicolor Lubbock's Fairy Wrasse is a very colorful and active fish, native to the waters of Australia and Indonesia. It is an excellent addition to reef or fish-only aquariums of at least 300L.

Feeding: Small crustaceans (Krill, mysis, artemia...), Zooplankton (Cyclops, pods...). Requires feeding several times a day, especially when newly added.

Care: This species is known to jump out of open aquaria. It is very sensitive during transportation and acclimatizing. Needs good hiding places, for example between live rocks. Requires plenty of space for swimming.

Behavior: This species can change gender (hermaphrodite). Functions best as a pair (one male, one female) or one male with several females. It is very shy and docile, so care should be taken when keeping with more aggressive fish. Can be aggressive when kept with very similar fish or if not provided with adequate space. This species comes in multiple color variations which can make identification problematic.
