The CeramicNature rectangular caves are produced in 4 different sizes and 2 distinct colors - red and brown. Handmade by CeramicNature in the Netherlands, these caves are ideal for creating various L-numbers (Armored Catfish) and serve as perfect hiding spots for other bottom-dwelling fish, shrimp, crayfish, etc.
Dimensions
Medium rectangular cave: 11 x 4 x 3.5 cm
Medium-large rectangular cave: 11.5 x 5 x 3.5 cm
Large rectangular cave: 15 x 5 x 4.6 cm
Models
The medium rectangular cave is ideal for small L-numbers up to 12cm, such as the Ancistrus Bristlenose, L002, L015, L046, L104, L129, L340, L400, L411, etc. It is also suitable for young L-numbers and small shrimp/crayfish.
The medium-large rectangular cave is suitable for wide fish like L-134, L144, L397.
The large rectangular cave is perfect for breeding L-numbers up to 16cm, such as L066, L070, L144, L201, L204, and L333.
Aquarium and Fish Suitability
The rectangular caves serve as ideal spawning sites for L-numbers, who deposit their eggs inside them. It is recommended to use various shapes and sizes so that fish can choose the one they prefer.
The caves also work as excellent hiding spots for bottom-dwelling fish, large crayfish, shrimp, catfish, etc.
