ORCA CONSTRUCT is a two-component glue composed of epoxy resin and ceramic agents.
Adheres to glass, ceramics, stone, metals, wood, plastics and many other materials.
This glue is extremely hard and after drying it can be mechanically treated (sanded/filed or drilled).
Uses:
- Fixation of corals, decorations, stones in aquariums (freshwater and saltwater).
- Repair of damage, holes, leaks in pipes, tanks, heaters, etc.
- It is chemically resistant to fresh water, salt water, alcohol, ester, oils and most acids and lyes.
Handling:
- The surface to be glued must be clean and free of grease.
- Use at normal room temperature (20-24°C).
- Cut only the necessary amount and knead the two components until a homogeneous white mixture is formed.
- Wash the finished mixture with warm water and use within 5-10 minutes.
- On damp or wet surfaces, the material should be pressed lightly until it starts to harden.
- After 60 minutes, the material will have hardened so that it can be processed mechanically.
- In 24 hours, the mixture will be completely hardened.
Other features:
- Contains no solvents and hardens without wrinkling.
- Hardening is accelerated if the ambient temperature is higher.
- In aquariums, 25g of product should not be exceeded for every 100l of water.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
- Irritating to eyes and skin, therefore it must be handled with gloves and goggles.
- Store in dry places between 18 to 25ºC.
