Need to control multiple dosing pumps? The GHL Doser 3 is the ideal solution, offering seamless expandability into a full dosing system. When used with a ProfiLux controller, you can independently manage up to 32 pumps – or up to 16 pumps when using any Stand Alone (SA) Doser.

The GHL Doser 3 Stand Alone includes integrated control electronics, allowing you to manage additional dosing units directly – whether it’s GHL Doser 3, 2.x Extension, or Doser Maxi Extension.
Thanks to full cross-compatibility, you can freely combine all versions: GHL Doser 2.x, 3, and Maxi – as Stand Alone or Extension models. Extension Dosers can also be connected to a ProfiLux 4 Controller for centralized control.
All dosing pump settings are easily configured – locally or remotely – using the GHL Connect app, the myGHL cloud platform, the built-in web interface, or GHL Control Center on your PC.

Precision Meets Quality – Down to the Smallest Detail.
Each pump can be operated manually using the push buttons on the front panel. This makes it easy to perform quick actions such as manual dosing or priming the tubing.
Incredible performance and precision in a compact design: This peristaltic pump, featuring planetary gear and stepper motor technology, was custom-developed by GHL and is available exclusively in the Doser 3.
Maintenance and Wear Parts
The pumps of the GHL Doser 3 are largely maintenance-free. To ensure optimal long-term performance, we recommend occasional lubrication of the planetary gears, rollers, and tubing.
⚠️ Important: Unlike the GHL Doser 2.2, the Doser 3 requires periodic lubrication.
In contrast, the pumps of the Doser 2.2 must never be lubricated under any circumstances.
Tubes, rollers, and motors are classified as wear parts. Their service life depends on dosing frequency, flow rate, and environmental conditions. If you notice reduced flow, loss of prime, leakage, abnormal noise, or visible mechanical wear, the affected components should be replaced.
Thanks to the maintenance-friendly design of the Doser 3, all wear parts can be easily accessed and replaced. Matching replacement parts are available as accessories.
