WARNING: AquaRIO Neo Diffuser diffusers produce much finer bubbles than most diffusers from other brands. Therefore, the flow rate required to achieve the desired CO2 concentration is lower than what would be required with other diffusers, as the finer bubbles dissolve more easily.
Furthermore, the fact that the stone's pore is so fine means that the diffuser should not be used with excessive pressure or flow, as in such cases, the diffuser may not be able to release all the CO2, potentially resulting in the detachment of the stone or CO2 leakage between the body and the stone.
Our recommendation is to use these diffusers with a maximum pressure of 50 PSI (0.34 MPa) and a maximum flow rate of 2 bubbles per second. If you need higher flow rates, we recommend using a larger diffuser model.
Additionally, while the diffuser is in operation, especially in a very quiet aquarium environment, a slight whistling sound may be heard. This is simply the sound of CO2 passing through the diffuser and does not indicate any malfunction or cause for concern.
