PearlMax Bio is a filtration medium with active adsorption capacity. It has empty spaces inside that create differences in NH4 and NO2 ion concentrations, actively adsorbing them on its surface. Where to use it?
PearlMax Bio is versatile and can be used in various filters and filtration systems, even in small reservoirs. Additionally, these filtration media are neutral and do not alter pH, KH, or GH values in the aquarium, ensuring stable water parameters.
How long does it last?
The cartridge is extremely durable and does not decompose quickly. Cleaning the cartridge involves rinsing it in aquarium water. It is recommended to partially replace about 50% of the cartridge every 4-6 months.
