More info
Combination of probiotic and nitrifying bacteria in just one preparation to strengthen the immune system of fish and shrimp and improve water quality. Nitrifying bacteria effectively produce nitrification, that is, the process of decomposing toxic ammonia to non-toxic nitrate in transition. The purple bacteria contained therein oxidize toxic hydrogen sulfide to non-toxic sulfur and
sulfate. Probiotic bacteria and yeasts have proven positive effects on the health and well-being of fish and shrimp, especially in the case of farms.
Benefits:
- Bacterial preparation with probiotic, nitrifying and purple bacteria.
- The addition of probiotic bacteria contributes to a healthy condition and increases the animals' resistance to stress.
- Nitrifying bacteria facilitate nitrification.
- Purple bacteria break down hydrogen sulfide.
- Suitable for any type of aquarium occupation - fish, soft corals, LPS, SPS, other filters and/or crustaceans in a saltwater environment and even ornamental fish, shrimp and plants in a freshwater environment.
- As an easy to dose liquid solution.
- Extremely durable even after opening.
- Odorless
Ingredients:
Bacillus subtilis, Nitrobacteria, Saccharomyces, Lactobacillus, Purple bacteria
Application and Dosage:
Shake the bottle vigorously before each use! For the unimpeded deployment of bacteria in the aquarium, switch off the UV systems, ozonators and skimmer before dosing and switch on again only 3-4 hours after dosing. Tropic Marin® Nitribiotic can be dosed at the inlet of a biological filter or directly into the aquarium water.
Connect the existing tube to the syringe and measure the desired amount of Tropic Marin® Nitribiotic with the syringe. The air that enters the tube and syringe when inserting the syringe into the tube does not affect the dosage amount. The lower edge of the plunger always shows the correct dosage amount, even if the desired amount of Tropic Marin® Nitribiotic is only in the tube and not in the syringe barrel due to the charged air. The built-in air serves to empty the tube during dosing.
Start with a single dose of 1 ml per 100 l of aquarium volume. A subsequent weekly dose of 1 ml per 200 l of volume in the aquarium maintains and renews the probiotic effect.
Maximum dose: An overdose of Tropic Marin® Nitribiotic up to twice the dose amount is harmless.
