Tropic Marin® Pro-Reef sea salt has been produced to provide special treatment conditions in reef aquariums: optimal concentrations of calcium and magnesium promote coral growth. Adequate buffering capacity stabilizes the pH value and carbonate hardness, even when using calcium reactors and other calcium delivery methods. Through this precise adjustment of all the influencing factors, natural and sustainable living conditions are created in the aquarium with an alkalinity between 7 and 8 °dH.

Application and Dosage:
To achieve a salinity of 32–35‰ (psu), dissolve 35 ml (approx. 37–40 g) of Tropic Marin® Pro-Reef in every liter of water in a container. The marine water thus prepared can be used as soon as the salt is completely dissolved and the solution is clear. The relative density of the sea salt solution should be 1.025 to 1.027 with a temperature of 25 °C.
A weekly partial water change of up to 10% with Tropic Marin® Pro-Reef sea salt helps maintain water quality, which will help your pets well-being.
