The sera Silicate Test (SiO3) allows for the easy and safe determination of silicate levels in both freshwater and saltwater. Silicates (SiO3) can promote the growth of diatoms in aquariums, affecting water clarity.
With the sera Silicate Test, you can easily monitor silicate levels. If they exceed 1 mg/l, we recommend using sera marin silicate clear (for both freshwater and saltwater) to reduce excessive silicates and maintain optimal water quality.
This test is sufficient for approximately 75 readings, providing fast and accurate results to ensure a healthy and balanced aquatic environment for your fish and plants.
