Advanced Filtration Technology
The sera X-Edge filters feature a dual filtration system. A filter cartridge and sponge capture dirt particles, protecting biological filter media and enhancing biological filtration. Each unit comes pre-loaded with sera siporax mini Professional, a high-capacity biological filter medium for efficient biological cleaning.
Customizable Flow and Aeration
With the included perforated tube, you can adjust the flow direction. Alternatively, the narrow nozzle attachment allows for gentle water flow. Using the supplied Air-Set, the nozzle can also draw in air, mixing it with water to increase oxygen levels.
Ease of Installation and Maintenance
The X-Edge filters are mounted with a support fixed to the aquarium glass via suction cups. The filter unit can then be clipped into the support. For maintenance, the filter can be easily removed, or just the filter cartridge can be replaced underwater.
